Christmas and New Year is the most wonderful time of the year and the team here at Moness Resort in Aberfeldy invite you to enjoy a break with us full of festive cheer and unforgettable memories.
Celebrate Christmas in the heart of Highland Perthshire whilst experiencing warm Scottish hospitality or ring in the New Year at our annual Hogmanay Gala Dinner, surrounded by friends and revellers.
Our festive breaks include a variety of inclusive entertainment and leisure facilities as well as the opportunity to indulge in traditional festive dining complete with all the trimmings.
2025 Festive Self Catering Breaks
Bring all the family together when staying in one of our self-catering cottages. All cottages include the essentials including linen, crockery and utensils as well as some festive treats. All guests can also enjoy inclusive access to the resort leisure facilities and bespoke festive entertainment programme.
Our cottages and hotel are nestled in 35 stunning acres with the very best of Highland Perthshire right on your doorstep. There are plenty of hills and walking trails to work off that Christmas Pudding and our pet friendly cottages mean that dogs are welcome too. We have plenty of smaller cottages ideal for families or larger options for the whole clan.

New Year Breaks
Bring in the New Year with a three night getaway full of entertainment and traditional Scottish fare.
Arrive on 30th December and be welcomed by some festive treats in your accommodation. You can then choose to join in our festive entertainment programme, take a dip in the pool within our inclusive leisure facilities or explore the local area before departing on 2nd January. Three night breaks in our one bedroom cottages (sleeping up to 4) from only £243 per night
A selection of larger cottages are available as well as pet friendly and hot tub cottages.
Our Hogmanay Gala Dinner promises an evening of celebration filled with a delicious four course gala dinner and traditional live entertainment. You can add this on to your experience for £99 per adult and £49 per child.
2025 Festive Hotel Breaks
Come to Moness Resort to take in the charm of our Highland setting and celebrate with us where dining, entertainment and bespoke entertainment is included within the price.
Two Night Hotel Christmas Package - Including Dining & Entertainment from £198 per person (based on two people sharing)
Celebrate Christmas with a two night festive getaway at Moness Resort. Festive celebrations will commence on Christmas Eve where mulled cider and mince pies will be served upon your arrival at the resort as well as an allocation of £25 per person to spend on food at dinner in our Flemmyng Restaurant. On Christmas Day, you can tuck into a full Scottish breakfast as well as a festive lunch. A full Scottish breakfast is also served on Boxing day before you depart.
New Year Hotel Breaks
Step into 2026 surrounded by the very best of Highland Perthshire right on your doorstep.
Arrive on 31st December and enjoy our Hogmanay Gala Dinner (included in price) which promises an evening of celebration filled with a delicious four course gala dinner and traditional live entertainment. The first day of the year includes both brunch and dinner whilst a full Scottish breakfast will be served on 2nd January before departure. All this from £299.50 per person (based on two people sharing)
Small print
Festive 2025 breaks require a 10% non-refundable deposit when you book with a further 25% payment taken 8 weeks prior to your arrival and full payment needed 4 weeks prior to your arrival. The remaining balance is then charged to the same card 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book within 8 weeks we will process a 35% deposit at the time of booking and the full balance will be taken 4 weeks prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 4 weeks or don't show then full charges will apply. Minimum stay applies, no discount for under occupancy. Festive Party Nights require a £30 per person deposit upon booking. Subject to availability, full terms on request. *15% off food discount is offered to direct bookings only and is valid on items purchased outwith accommodation package/reservation elements

Included in the Gala Dinner is live entertainment from a local band who will present a mixture of sing alongs, folk music and ceilidh reels.
