Best Rate Guarantee
Enjoy peace of mind knowing that you are getting the best available rate when you book directly with us.
If you see a better rate elsewhere, then we will happily match it unless you have preferential prices due to loyalty schemes or points elsewhere or you are looking to match an exclusive promotion with a discount site like Itison or Groupon.
Terms:
- Your original booking must have been made directly via the Moness Resort website or our reservations team.
- If within 24 hours of making a booking you find a lower rate for the same room type, inclusions, stay dates and payment conditions, please email us at reception@moness.com with a link and screenshot of the rate seen in order to make a claim.
- Price Match only applies to publicly available rates, which can be seen and booked without any kind of restriction, loyalty or membership requirement.
- When a claim covers a multiple night stay, the rate comparison will be made against the total room cost.
- Moness Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel our price match policy at any time without prior notice.
Priority Allocation
Our team will look to allocate you one of our preferred bedrooms or cottages to enjoy throughout your stay. This is of course subject to availability over your stay dates.
15% Off Food
Enjoy a 15% discount on food purchases that are not already included within your accommodation package. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely lunch or evening meal, this discount is our way of adding an extra dash of flavour to your break.
To redeem this discount, simply mention the "Book Direct promotion” when booking a table online in advance of your arrival or present the relevant voucher that is sent via email ahead of your arrival date.
