  • what time is check in/check out?

    Hotel - Check in 3pm and check out 11am Self catering cottages - Check in 4pm and check out 10am

  • Do you recommend pre booking spa treatments and dinner reservations before arrival?

    It is always recommended to pre book spa treatments and make dinner reservations in advance, please call 01887 822100

  • Are towels and linen provided?

    Linen and towels are provided

  • What hours are the lesiure facilities open?

    The leisure facilities are open from 8am to 9pm

  • What facilites does the hotel and self catering lodges have? Is there a kids club?

    Currently there is not a kids club, however during school holidays there maybe extra activities arranged subject to demand

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations may be advised by telephone but must be confirmed in writing and will not take effect until received by us and acknowledged. If you cancel or amend your booking we reserve the right to charge the relevant cancellation or amendment charge. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

  • What is your smoking policy?

    Smoking is strictly not permitted in the Hotel, Leisure Club or any other public area on the resort.

  • When will my balance be due?

    When booking on the website full payment will be taken. Hotel stays require a 20% deposit at time of booking with full balance on arrival. Self catering cottages require a £100 deposit at time of booking with full balance required 6 weeks before arrival.

  • Do you accept pets?

    Unfortunately the resort does not currently allow pets

  • Do you have car parking facilities?

    There is free parking at Moness Resort

  • What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served Monday to Friday 8am to 10.30am and Saturday/Sunday 8.30am to 11am

  • Travelling to Moness Resort?

    Glasgow International and Edinburgh airport are of an equal distance to Moness Resort. For buses please refer to For trains please refer to We would kindly advise guests that a sat nav will bring you to the rear of the resort which is closed, with that said, when driving into Aberfeldy, drive straight through the town and do not turn into Moness Crescent, at the first traffic lit crossroads, turn left, drive through another set of lights and the entrance for Moness Resort is on your left.

  • What leisure facilities are on offer?

    The resort has an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub. there is also a games hall with a bookable daily programme and a putting green

  • Do you have WIFI?

    Moness Resort has free WiFi throughout the resort

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with AMEX, in line with our Terms and Conditions, handling fees do apply to all card transactions.

  • Can I arrange a gift voucher?

    Personalised gift vouchers can be bought, please call 01887 822108
